How to Return an Item
Contact your contracting officer and submit a return request through your agency portal with your contract number and CAGE code. RMA will be issued within 3 business days. Returns may require DD Form 1155 or equivalent procurement documentation.
Government returns must comply with FAR 52.246-2 (Inspection of Supplies) and applicable contract terms.
Refunds
Method:Government purchase card credit or ACH to agency account
Timeline:10–15 business days after inspection and acceptance of return
Restocking:No restocking fee for government agencies with valid contract reference. Non-contract returns subject to 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕Items procured under firm-fixed-price contracts unless defective
- ✕Custom-configured items
- ✕Classified or sensitive items per contract terms
