Government Delivery Requirements
APO/FPO/DPO
Available via USPS Military Mail. Additional lead time of 5–15 business days. Not all items eligible.
Agency Receiving Hours
Include your agency receiving dock hours and any required delivery appointment in the order notes.
Packing Slips
All shipments include a packing slip with contract number, CAGE code, and line-item detail for receiving documentation.
Signature Required
Government orders over $500 require signature on delivery by default. Override in order notes if not needed.
General Policies
Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET may be dispatched the following business day.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Market Express is not liable for carrier delays.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup. For damaged shipments, file a claim within 5 days of delivery.
Shipping to PO Boxes is supported for standard USPS shipments only. FedEx and UPS require a physical address.
