Apply as a Vendor

Register at vendors.marketexpress.us. Our vendor success team reviews your application and compliance documentation.

Document Review

Submit W-9 or W-8BEN, business license, certificate of insurance, and any required export/compliance certifications.

Product Listing

List your products with country of origin, HTS codes, and compliance fields. Listings will be reviewed for TAA and §889 compliance; that review process is being implemented.

Go Live

Approved vendors go live on the channel(s) relevant to their product category. Orders flow directly to your warehouse or to our fulfilment partners.

Compliance Support

TAA and §889 documentation review will be included for all vendor applicants. Market Express is not registered with DDTC and does not advise on ITAR.

US Entity Formation

We will refer you to qualified US legal and accounting providers for LLC/Corp formation and EIN registration.

Customs & Import

HTS code guidance and connections to licensed customs brokers to facilitate compliant US imports.
